PURCHASING/COLLECTING MY WORK
I like to ‘giveback’. If a collector buys directly through this web site, I will give 15% net to various well known and highly thought of and productive charities.
If purchase(s) of my work(s) is through a gallery that represents me through prior written arrangements, that gallery would get their agreed upon commission. I will still give 10% net to charities.
All work prices will have taxes, shipping and handling added. S&H charges will be based on samples of my work assessed by a ‘Name Brand’ shipper that commonly handles similar such art work and be relative to their current rates. The s & h rates will be emailed to you for your approval. Full payment (check, or money order) is required before shipping. All work is shipped insured. All packaging upon arrival is required to be kept should a claim be needed; in that hopefully unlikely event, follow claim procedures through shipper. Undamaged work maybe returned for a full refund less initial outgoing shipping & handling and sent back insured at my expense.
Undamaged work maybe returned after 30 days for a refund less shipping & handling and a 20% restocking fee (includes charitable donation). Choice of charities is mine.
Further, you may upgrade/exchange any undamaged artwork purchased directly from me if purchase price is a least 25% higher or a 25% exchange fee will be added for a similarly priced work; pay shipping & handling, taxes for the exchange both ways. Any gains net will have a 10% charity donation made by me as stated above.
Price list(s) and a few additional photos of similar artwork not shown on the web site will be emailed to you at your email request. Please note that I check emails at irregular intervals and will return inquiries as soon as I can. While it is my intention to honor all of these arrangements as laid out on this web site in a timely manner, I reserve the right to change or eliminate any of them without prior notice.
